The oyster harvesting season has now closed and we look forward to seeing you all mid 2022

Have you tried Mackay’s own oysters?

Todd and Lauren Paton re-opened Paton Oysters in mid 2020 and are the 4th generation to harvest from various leases off Mackay.

Their oysters are a bistro sized milky oyster wild harvested straight off the rocks and sold in bottles.
